• Potential applicants will not have to pre-purchase badges ahead of submitting their events for consideration.
• Applicants who submit and are approved for two or more panels will be eligible for a complimentary weekend pass.
• Applicants who submit and are approved for one panel will be eligible to purchase a weekend pass for a discounted price of $40.00 (plus taxes and fees) on our website using a special coupon code sent after approval.
• The above points apply to one main panelist and one co-panelist (per panel submission.) Any performer or additional co-panelist eligibility requests for this special price are up to the discretion of the Programming Team Lead and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Approved applicants will be contacted to confirm their ability to present their panel/workshop/performance, and discuss any logistics (type of event, technical requirements, special requests, etc.) by no later than Sept 30 of that calendar year.
• Approved applicants will be contacted again three weeks prior to the convention to confirm that they will, indeed, be running their panel/workshop.
• Approved applicants may pick up their badges at the Anirevo Info Booth (not the regular pass pick-up/purchase booths). Passes may be picked up at any time during the con; however, we encourage pick up on Pre-registration day (the day before con).
• Premium Pass holders, Exhibitors, or other pass types that are involved with panels/workshops/performances are not eligible for additional discounts.
• Approved applicants who pick up their badges but who fail to follow through with their duties,(barring illness/unavoidable emergencies) will be banned from Anirevo events.
• Any vendor and/or Artist willing to donate product(s) to Anirevo to be used as prizes, swag and/or charitable donations must do so by contacting a Convention Director.
• There is always the possibility that some approved content may need to be canceled due to unforeseen scheduling circumstances. If this happens, selected applicants will still be able to keep any approved badges provided to them. Further, we will keep them on a standby list. If there is an opening, we will notify the main applicant to see if they can take the opening.
• Selected applicants must check-in with Staff at the Anirevo Info Booth 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to their scheduled content.
• If anything extra is needed, selected applicants must immediately inform the staff member on site to make arrangements prior to the start of their scheduled content.
• If additional time is required for set up, please make sure to state this on the submission form.
• Main stage is generally reserved for Anirevo Events or Anirevo Musical Performances. Panelists or performers are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to hold an event that takes place on Main Stage please indicate this in the "Other Comments" section in your submission.

Discussion of hentai and sexually explicit content is only permitted during panels designated “18+”. Behaviour deemed inappropriate for panels where legal minors (defined as those under 18 years of age) may attend could result in the termination of a panel in progress and/or the cancellation of a panel group’s scheduled panel(s).

• Applicants may not offer food and/or drinks to attendees.
• Applicants may not consume alcohol right before or while conducting a panel, or at any time on the premises period.
• Applicants may not promote illegal activities, subject to Canadian law.
• Slander is not permitted. Applicants may express their personal opinions during their panels, but may not attack the character of others – present or not.
• Physical & verbal assault upon anyone is strictly prohibited, and will not be tolerated.

• If situations arise where applicants are not able to commit to their scheduled times due to extenuating circumstances, they must contact the Anirevo Programming Team immediately to give time to make alternate arrangements.
• Failing to show up at your panel without notice to the Anirevo Programming Team may result in a ban from future Anirevo events.
